Dr. Richard T. Webb


Dr. Webb was born and raised in Meridian, Mississippi. After finishing at Lamar School in Meridian, Dr. Webb then graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Prelaw/Bachelor of Arts. He then went on to Mississippi College School of Law for his Juris Doctorate and the University of Florida for his LL.M. in Taxation before returning to work in the Jackson area as a tax attorney. After several years working in private law practice, as well as law clerk for Chief Justice William Waller Jr., Dr. Webb was moved to pursue the field of medicine and returned to the University of Mississippi Medical Center and graduated from Medical School in 2013.

Dr. Webb’s professional training in Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Management were both completed at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. His training at the University of Mississippi Medical Center was highlighted by multiple awards and recognitions, including the Gold Humanism Award, Resident of the Year Award, Citizenship Award for the Department of Anesthesia, Chief Resident for the Department of Anesthesia and Chief of the Chief Resident’s Council for UMMC.

Dr. Webb has a passion for functional improvement and pain reduction in patients and offers various treatments for patients with spinal disorders, joint issues, cancer related pain, complex neurologic conditions as well as general work and athletic related injuries. Additionally, Dr. Webb is involved in the advancement of novel, ultrasound-guided procedures for precision guided interventional pain management.

Dr. Webb now lives in Madison, Mississippi with his wife, Shelly, and their three daughters, Rivers, Kinley and Leah. He and his family are avid Mississippi State fans and enjoy hunting and fishing on the weekends.

Dr. Landon T. Burns

Dr BurnsDr. Burns was born and raised in Natchez, Mississippi. After graduating from Trinity Episcopal, he attended and graduated from Millsaps College in Jackson with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He had a desire to pursue the field of medicine and started working in the Emergency Room at The University Medical Center. After working for two and half years, he started medical school at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and graduated in 2013.

Dr. Burns completed Anesthesiology residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas and fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Upon graduation from Emory, Dr. Burns accepted a position as a staff Interventional Pain Physician with Ochsner Medical System in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where he practiced for two and a half years. While in residency, Dr. Burns was selected by his peers and faculty to serve as Chief Resident . He was also selected as the recipient of the Award for Excellence in Neuroanesthesia.

Dr. Burns has a strong desire to help patients reduce their pain through a variety of treatments to enable them to return to an active lifestyle. This includes treating many different conditions that affect the spine, joints, cancer, and different neurological conditions.

Dr. Burns is excited to return to the Jackson Metro area with his wife Kimberly, son Henry, and his beloved German Shepard, the Colonel. He enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, live music, cooking, tennis, golf, reading, and sporting events.

Leanne received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 1999, and her Master of Science in Nursing degree at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2017.

Ashley Cocilova, FNP-C

  • AANP Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

Ashley graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and Master of Science in Nursing degree from Delta State University. She is a member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Emily Kiker, FNP-C

  • AANP Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
  • Experienced in pain medicine, including a background of orthopedics and infectious disease

Emily received her bachelor's degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center and her master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Delta State University.
